My Knight and Me - Episode 21 - Henri the Felon
As mentioned by Yami in the alerts section the Queen is kidnapped by the evil witch in the swamp and kept bound and gagged in her hut. She also places a spell circle around her to keep her from being rescued while she's away. A really good scene. I enjoyed it at least :D

The tie up is a little lazy, but the gag is awesome. Thanks a lot for posting.
