This may be "old news," but I came across two short DID scenes in One Piece that I hadn't heard about. In episode #187 a sacrificial maiden is stretched out on an altar by a pair of shamans who tie her wrists (over her head) as well as her ankles. Then in episode #188 the tribe tries again and the maiden approaches the altar with her hand tied behind her. (Despite the rope she's a volunteer, so there's no gag in either case.)
