After a mini marathon there happens to be group tie ups with the heroes in episodes 23, 24, and 25; I'll link episode 23 since they're all on the same page:

Ep 23 has everyone cross tied via chains around 5:00 before Big One makes his debut and rescues them. Ep 24 has the heroes, this time out of costume, chain tied to poles around 17-18:00 before Big One uses his magic to rescue them complete with two agent women in orange playboy bunny outfits and yes I am telling you the truth. Ep 25 has three of the main four chain suspended and whipped (with a saber) around 19:00; Heart Queen got caught via restraining chair around 5:00 somewhere.

Ep 26 has chain tying to a missile around 17-19:00 and ep 27 has wrist shackling throughout with a cross tie near the end; both episodes feature Heart Queen in them. Links can be found in the link above.

Episode 31 has a proper DiD scene kind of, around 16:00 some family gets held hostage by the invader robot Shachiran Kahn, rope tied and tape gagged and Sakurai/Spade Ace and Karen get wrist shackled and tossed into a trunk right after. Their escape is so loony it has to be seen to be believed, gotta love Banba's elaborate disguises.

Ep 32 has Karen rope suspended via wrists briefly, but the restraints are restraining on screen, happens around 17:00. Ep 33 has two ISISS agents, whose names I cannot catch because sources on appearances are not reliable, being rope tied in a cowboy saloon and briefly tied to a fence between 17-18:30. Just finished the series a few hours ago, no more DiDs. There is a Gorenger/JAKQ crossover movie so I'll see if that has anything.
