Anime Sightings Old and New - Certain Magical Index 2

Everyone seems to be familiar with the tape-gagged nun in A Certain Magical Index II, but when I finally saw the series for myself I discovered it had a few more DID scenes I hadn't seen alerts for.

episode #1 (last half) - an extended scene of Index in shibari.

episode #2 (very end) - Orsola tied hand and foot, probably with tape (but not yet gagged)

episode #3 (roughly in the middle) - a mixed group with their wrists roped behind themselves

episode #24 (roughly in the middle) - Misaka Misuzu (Mikoto's mother) captured by a group of thugs. Her arms are behind her back but we don't see the bindings.

I am not familiar with said nun scene.

Episode #3 - a nun who carries a dangerous secret has been kidnapped. Her wrists are tied behind her with magical tape with another piece over her mouth. When she tries to escape in some confusion she plows into Touma. Conveniently he only has to use his Imagine Breaker to dispel the magic and the tape falls off.
