Blood-C is sort-of related to Blood: The Last Vampire and Blood+. I don't recall either of the latter having DID scenes, but Blood-C has a few:
Saya has her arms manacled in front - quick scenes in epiosde #8 (~13:30) and #11 (~15:30), then an extended scene in #12 (starting around 2:00).
Also, in episode #6 Saya is wrapped in supernatural tentacles around the 21:00 point soon followed by a girl in an upright spreadeagle caught in a "classic" spider web. (Hope I read my hasty notes correctly about this.)
