This is a minor sighting, but one I never would have guessed about. Bakuman is about a pair of manga-ka - writer and illustrator - who are determined to become a success in mainstream manga publications. At the very start of episode #1 of the 2nd season the illustrator is daydreaming that his detective-style manga is so successful it's become an anime series. The daydreamed scenes include a young lady in business attire tied up with rope, arms behind and more around the torso.
In addition, occasionally we see their series on the cover of one of the manga's issues. I had to look quite closely to notice that the same young lady has some rope barely visible around her arm. The easiest way to find this is just after the intro sequence of episode #3.
