I'm not sure it counts. You see some white cloth get wrapped over Sakura for about five seconds with only one of them over her mouth before she disappears from the screen.

Mmhhp level: a LOT making it my favorite handgag in the series. Naruto protests when handgagged and when the reason for that teases him about it Naruto just screams louder


I can't find a pic for it but there's a handgag in the beginning of the 52 episode of the first anime.
Mmhhp level: Also a LOT, perhaps even more then the previous example.

In a bit of a sequel to the above example the same person doing the handgag does it again for the same reason to Naruto's bratty student Konohamaru. I do have a pic for this. Its the omake: Konoha celebrity report 65.
