Today I saw an episode from this Australian series and it had a full treatment. Although the series is hard to find in a free version, maybe some of you can help out.
Beside the english title the show is also know as Dixi kutya kalandjai, DIKA - PAS TRAGAC, Alle lieben Diggy.

Thanks for yet another obscure scene. Everytime I think I have seen it all and then you post something I have never even heard of. It's to bad that the animation of this show is awful. But the scene is still very entertaining.

The bad guy in the scene looks like a badly crappy version of Fearless Leader from Rocky and Bullwinkle.
