In 'Holocrons of Fate' she's captured by Darth Maul along with Hera and Zeb. They're seated with their hands manacled in front. They escape, get knocked out, and manacled AGAIN! The second time they're all kneeling with their hands cuffed behind them. And in 'The Antilles Extraction', Sabine is kneeling on the floor with her hands manacled behind her yet again, this time with Wedge and Hobbie!
