Upon browsing Japanese DID twitter, I came across this game, Crisis in the Water. From the screenshots there's no nudity, but the person is CLEARLY into bondage and underwater peril. Looking at the screens there is English in the game. So if you are into the underwater stuff (I'm not), here you go. The artist is here.

Yes, there is English language support.
There is no nudity nor sex in the entire story, since MuuMuu is more into the "PG-13" DID, even though he rates his own stuff as "18+" or "X-Rated".
There are exceptions, though.

The promotional and title image may be misleading, since you see all four girls at once.
However, the whole digital novel is really about two separate stories.

One is about a spoiled little rich girl who abuses her maid with bondage and water torture.

The other is about a schoolgirl who is secretly a ninja witnessing a schoolmate being kidnapped, so she goes off to rescue her and both get into bondage and water peril.

The whole BDSM relationship for the rich girl and maid story isn't my thing.
I'm more into the schoolgirl ninja story.
