The scene came across in one of the reviews, takes place closer to the end of the game. It seems that Mami (gagged) and Akane got into trouble, later they are saved by Yagami, his partner

Yep.

Only negative is the ropes are a bit sloppy, but understandable considering game assets and the need for animation.
