So in the game she is gagged using a spell that seals her lips.
I have been playing since launch and there are a couple other scenes.
At the very beginning of the game the antagonist to the MC is a girl named Merula who tricks the MC into getting caught by a giant plant effectively wrapping her up in different ways like tentacles. Sadly I did not have a way to record it back then.
The spell Yeti mentioned is a spell called "Incarcerous" you obtain in the story that ties up your opponent in dueling. LOTS of different avatars to tie up.
There are also spells for a blindfold, hands tied by magical bindings, and a few others but almost all of these are obtained from events that have passed.
I have recorded a few but don't know how to share the video in a non phone format
