I've seen the episode many times; I own the series on DVD and binged it last year, and Qubo used to air a 4-5 hour block of Inspector Gadget episodes twice a week until Scripps bought out Ion around February. So I am trying to judge from a memory that has been refreshed a bit. The dragon was maybe a little more than twice Gadget's height and he's not especially tall (as in he's under 6 feet tall) so as a rough estimate, 10-12 feet felt right. I suppose it could be 13-14 feet.

I do not but Wildbrain, which owns the DIC library, has the episode up on an official YouTube channel so you could watch it anytime for screen caps. In retrospect, a lot of the shots of the dragon are at odd angles. I'd still ballpark it at 13-15 feet though.

I would say 2-3 times as large as whatever your model of Inspector Gadget is.

That certainly sounds like an ambitious project! Good luck with it!

She is shorter than Gadget so I would say 33''-40''.

This model project still sounds very ambitious. Make sure to take some photos of it when you are finished!
