Anime Sightings Old and New - Sgt. Frog

Hooray, after months since my last posting I finally have something more to contribute: a CID scene in episode #218 of Sgt. Frog. Natsume has her wrists roped in front of her which are also attached to a long horizontal pole, and at the other end Fuyuki is in a similar situation. The scene occurs after the eyecatch. (I was so surprised at finding a scene in Sgt. Frog I hadn't known about that I forgot to note the exact time.)
