And the girl is shown bagged the entire time when she was in the hands of the bad guys, only when saved it is shown that her hands are tied.

After google this, i think i found out what happend.
Most of the episodes released are of ep 73, both on youtube and any anime site were you can find animes to watch.
But if you go looking for japanese sites you see that they are already at ep 74.
