Hello,

Sorry, but since I came across the clip on DA, some weeks ago, I failed too to identify it.
Several years ago, I found somewhere a pic (the couple talking to the girl B/G on the bed): the captor lady looked like the french actress Dominique Lavanant. But during the mid-sixties, DL never acted in such a movie.
And, after viewing the GIF on DA, the lady proves evidently to be an asiatic actress.
Did you contact the DA member, to ask where he found the clip ? It's a pity that there is not any sound: with the lines, we should be able to get clues as to the movie title.
Recently, I spent some time on the net (IMDb, etc) in typing various words: german movie 196..., chinese spies, kidnapping, bound and gagged, and so on... Nothing really interesting as yet.
Likely, one of these numerous black & white "krimis" after Edgar Wallace during the 60s: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Films_bas ... ar_Wallace
Well, I hope we'll eventually unearth the title !

That's a decent enough place to start looking. Thanks for at least that info!

Hello Suicide,

About that elusive german movie from the sixties, you should ask on that forum (after creating an account):
https://www.dirty-pictures.de/
In that peculiar topic:
https://www.dirty-pictures.de/viewforum.php?f=14

There are several members that seem specialists of the german krimis / noir movies / exploitation films / adventures, during that period...

Several months ago, I asked about a 1967 exploitation flick, and "Ritchie" answered with full details.
We were able to exchange in english without any problems (I'm french !)

Have a good luck
