Chinese mobile game. I don't know anything about it but I found this image of a female character called Centurion doing an underwater tank escape. She has her hands shackled behind her back and feet chained which is a nice change of pace from the lame hands in front. It's just a still image though and I don't know if there's any animated clips of it.
