There is a brief scene with April O'Neil in this Halloween themed one-shot. Though it is a bit weird. The story takes place in Nightmareland, an alternate dimension where the Ninja Turtles are facing their nightmares due to a demon named Creepy Eddie (who was from the 7th season of the original cartoon and is a spoof of Freddy Krueger).
So as the Turtles run through different dream-sections, one is a black-and-white style mad scientist realm with an alternate version of April, named "May" and dressed like an 19th century village woman, strapped to a table and menaced by Baxtor Stockman.
