Not really, she got caught but no bad ending for her, i have read the manga so i know the context of the treatment.
Also depending on how many episodes and how many arc are in the serie it is possible that there wil be more treatments.

I should hope so. I mean I hate it when an anime show gets cut off 12-25 episodes in.

And then you find out there won't be a new season of said show because it's too expensive.
