Here's a sighting that's quite minor. (Ordinarily I wouldn't bother, but I've had so little to contribute lately that I'll post it anyway.) In episode #3 of the first 3x3 Eyes OVA series, around the 10:30 mark there's a quick scene of a woman in a long white dress with her arms tied behind her - though we don't actually see the rope until she's untied.
(Later in the same episode a scantily-clad girl is restrained for a sacrifice. Screengrabs of the scene were posted in 2014.)
