Diana spends the majority of this issue tied to a pole by the big villain's (the Sovereign's) lasso of lies as he tries to brainwash her. She breaks free at the end but it's not clear if she totally escaped.

That is one of her best scenes in years. BTW, that is red wine spilled on her, not blood, folks.

Well...some of it is probably blood. This was preceded by her being in a massive fight with all her top villains that included the Washington monument being smashed on her. It's not entirely clear if he's poured wine on her before we see him do it.
