In this new take on Batman's origin story, Mayor Oswald Cobblepot orders his men to kidnap Barbara Gordon after a fresh-faced Harvey Bullock checks out cold case files on the Wayne murder under Jim Gordon's name. She's held in the old Arkham house under the guard of the "Birthday Boy Killer," taped and tied to a chair. Ultimately, Bats, Gordon, and Bullock team-up and save her. Kudos to Gary Frank's cute take on her.
