unknown DID

So i recently checked out the website Ieon talked about int he scans section and i came across a couple of unknowns that im trying to figure out what anime there from?

I believe ive seen the top left one before but i dont recall seeing from where the upper right is from and also the bottom two

also their is this

Top three are from School Rumble. The ones with the blond (Eri) are from a fantasy sequence where she's poor. It's a germ mask, not a gag.
