Gagged in heels

I never made one of these list requests, so lets try it out. Basically I wanted to see if it is possible to make a list out of gagged girls wearing high heeled shoes.

Hard mode: No Lois Lane bits. Also please no kids or lolis. Seriously.

Right now the best ex. for high healed gagged damsels is Michiko Malandro from Michiko to Hatchin ep 16 (the orange dress scene.)
Also probably the way for you to look for "gagged girls wearing high heels" is to search for damsels that had their DID scenes while wearing classy long dresses (Diabolik, Reporter Blues, etc).

By "canon", I meant it happens in-story or in-continuity (as opposed to someone drawing a scene other than the artists involved in said work). I know it sounds a bit complicated for an explanation, but it's the best I could describe it.
