Final Voyage 1999 DID scene

In this TV movie (I hope it's the right one. I struggled to found the title) there is a DID scene with a girl kidnapped on a boat and gagged with a strip of transparent tape. I loved the lipstruggling under the tape. So, can anyone find it?
