Queen's Blade: Beautiful Fighters is a 6-part OVA presenting side stories from the Queen's Blade universe. Here's the DID scenes it includes:
Episode #1 - a beautiful fighter is in an upright spreadeagle for almost the entire episode: chained at wrists and ankles plus thighs as well.
Episode #2 - two beautiful fighters (first one, then the other) are wrapped in hentai-like slimy tentacles including a throbbing tentacle down the throat.
Episode #3 - two of the Swamp Witch's minions (first one, then the other) are tied by a vine, arms overhead.
Episode #5 - an angel of sorts is similarly tied by a vine, and later is wrapped up by an elastic girl.
Episode #6 - two beautiful fighters are wrapped in giant octopus tentacles, and later one is tied in unsymmetrical shibari (that occurs starting around the 17-minute point).
I presume Queen's Blade is sufficiently notorious that a NSFW warning is superfluous.
