In the start of a new filler season Lucy's Celestial Spirits switch personalities and rebel against her. Virgo reverts to a Dom instead of a Sub and we get a brief scene of her chaining Lucy to a tree:

I take it we're still quite a distance from these chapters being adapted.

Yes this is a filler arc outlined by mashima so they don't catch up to the tartaros arc which this happens.
Lucy Heartaphillia bound to get into trouble.
