I just remembered a DID scene in the animated series Inspector Mouse:
Mimi, the girl in pink overalls, tied up and clothgagged.

For the joy of Yami, Miss Amnesia, in the same episode I think, is posing in belly dancer complete with veil on her snout, at the end.

Well. I have found the first two episodes in arabic on U-Tube and it's not one of them:

By the way, there is a cute, yet very brief scene in the cartoon Dog Tracer. The little red haire dog girl is all wrapped up and gagged with grey tape.
The title should be "Jawbreakers".
