For a boy kidnapped around the clock Ciel doesn't seem to get gagged much. So far this handgag is the only one I could find.

While searching for a kidnapped boy Ciel investigates alone and gets grabbed by the assassin. He makes some nice grunts.

He's also chloroformed in the 2nd episode & blindfolded in the 4th episode. Both in the 1st series.

I know but neither produced much muffles so its no full treatment in my book...though neither is this one
