Osamu Tezuka's Broken-Down Film

Post by cresent34 »

Ode to the 'silent' era of films, complete with Cowboys in White Hats, Villains with bad facial hair, and of course, the ubiquitous damsel tied to the railroad tracks.

Not to mention boldly going where even Tex Avery could only dream:

Very clever film, I love the way the characters play with the film celluloid. The damsel is really cute in all of her scenes, and not just the DiD one.

That's awesome. I love how the damsel looks like an old timey cartoon as well as a mix of the typical Tezuka lady from the classic animes.
