Persona 4: Dancing All Night

In the latest Persona 4 spinoff, the Investigation Team must delve into another world, rescuing captives brought there by a mysterious force, defeating Shadows, and ultimately save the day...through the power of dance, because it's a rhythm game spinoff.

This game is truly ridiculous in every sense of the word, but the story mode has more DID than you'd think for this kind of game. The antagonist uses yellow ribbons extensively in capturing the heroes, as seen here with Naoto and Rise (as well as Yu) being entangled and dragged off to the Midnight Stage in the opening chapter.



Once Chapter 2 hits, things get interesting. Four idols, collectively known by their group name as "Kanamin Kitchen", are kidnapped and must be rescued over the course of the game. They are all captured in the same way, and the game has sprites as well as CGs of all of them in ribbon bondage. I'll probably post the rest of the girls once I snapshot them, but the first captive idol is Tamami Uesugi.



After the group reaches her and dances some Shadows into submission, Tamami is seized by the ribbons...



And whisked off to the next room.



The group follows after her, and after an altercation, yet another CG.



The situation becomes complicated, and the aftermath requires her to be saved with the party's intervention. Through more dance. That's all for now.

Thankfully, story mode is very friendly with going around to specific parts, so getting the rest of the girls' DID moments was simple enough.

The group moves on to the second idol in distress, Tomoe Sayama.



Tomoe gets ribbon'd effortlessly after Yu and friends dance some more.

Second verse, same as the first! Tomoe is yoinked further in, and gets her CG. Note that Tamami is the only one with two DID CGs, the others get one.

One funky rescue later, we have our third idol, Sumomo Ujima.



Poor Sumomo doesn't fair much better than her friends in the "not getting tied up" department.

The fourth Kanamin Kitchen idol that's sought after last is Nozomi Nakahara, who does the polite thing and gets captured too.

Finally, later on, we have the fifth member of the group, and leader, Kanami Mashita, because apparently this game didn't want to miss any of them. Might as well call this "Persona 4: Struggling All Night".
