Didn't think this one would deliver but the Netflix original Kong: King of the Apes episode 05 "King's Ransom"
Veterinarian Amy Kwan is kidnapped by the show's villain in order to find where the good guys are hiding Kong. The crew suspect him to be behind it and tip off the police to check his lab. But poor Amy is hidden behind a false wall and gagged with tape. She isn't gagged long but tied for a while with plenty of struggling. CG DiD scenes have come a long way!
