Harley Quinn #44 : Halry gets tied up to another guy, funny thing is that she is suddenly torso bound from one second to another

October Faction: Supernatural Dreams #5 : a main female character is tied up to a wall, all members, usually this is done with chains, unusual
Empowered And Sistah Spooky's High School Hell #5 : the usual vicime is seen tied up and gagged with tape in a flashback, and later also shortly tied up/gagged/blindfolded with magical paint (the gag/blindfold looks like a Hood covering her face and mouth)

ARCHIE MEETS BATMAN '66 #1 has Poison Ivy get tied up a few pages in.

Detective comics #985 : a bus full of kids and an anchorwoman get kidnapped.
The kids are later all tied up, the woman chairtied and briefly gagged. Warning, she gets a bad ending.
Green hornet 2018 #5: continuation of last month's scene, green hornet 2.0 (original green hornet's daughter) and kato (her father) are cuffed in the back and stuck in a cage. They manage to escape at some point.

Chinese comic that is Detective Conan esque except the main character who is a detective is an extremely cute female. She gets quite a DID scene and I'm posting this because the scene is very well thought out. Too bad no gag.
