This is an excellent list! Thanks a lot guys for sharing the info on all these handgag/chloro scenes and some nice caps and videos too. This is one thread I'd like to see continue for a looong time!

Thanks for Miranda. I'm not a fan of handgags at all, but she is just too beautiful to look at. Did anyone ever checked the whole series? I think there are one or two tie up scenes, but there could be more maybe.

Holy crap there were a lot of gags and hand-gags in City Hunter! 
I mean it's been years since what we thought was the bulk of the gag/hand-gag scenes from those shows were discovered, and still more scenes keep being found from it that slipped under the radar! Nice work catching another one! 
Oh, and the hand-gag with a panty-shot from Aika is kick-ass. Thanks for finding that too! Is that the same girl named Rion Aida who is also gagged in part 5 of the Aika OVA? Just wondering because I have that scene on my gag list already and this looks like her too, but I'm not sure.

Yeah I'd caught the S2 E53 one which comes right before that girl's tape gag scene, but the S1 E30 scene is all new to me. Good God, it's getting kind of ridiculous how many hand-gags there are in City Hunter!
