I've seen side by side screen shot and video comparisons; There is no "remaster" to it in any way. It looks exactly the same

Yes and that's what a Remastered is petty much is a rebooted is something that's not at same thing at all as before.

In the gaming world, a "Reboot/Port" is releasing the same game on another, newer platform but doesn't have any changes what so ever, like this game.

A "Remaster" is considered a game with updated graphics for the newer platform, at the minimum. Maybe add in updated controls, all of the DLC perhaps. Something that makes it different, even just a little, from it's original release.

Not saying it's a bad game, it's still fun to this day, but it does not measure up to the standard of "Remaster".
