I don't know if anyone here knew about this, but there is a website called theshockingtentacles, where there are many photos peril scenes from both anime and cartoons (kind of like grimbor isperilo). Although more than peril, the scenes are more about the female character suffering or getting beaten up which usually involves bondage. I think it's great because there are many scenes here that I hadn't seen before.

It looks like they do tie ups as well but the site is more focused on scenes involving girls getting shocked or electrocuted. Tentacles are also a big label but almost on par with tie ups.
