The GaoGaiGar TV series is practically unknown in the West yet it was popular enough in the East to produce an OVA sequel called GaoGaiGar Final. I can't remember any DID scenes in the former, but the latter does have a few:
episode #1 sometime around the 6:00 point - a young lady cyborg is wrapped in steel cables, including one over her mouth.
episode #4 around the 17:45 point - same lady cyborg chained spreadeagle
episode #5 around the 10:00 point - still chained spreadeagle
episode #7 around the 2:30 and 4:30 points - same lady cyborg wrapped in chains
