Episode 9 has Teru's hands being restrained by.... They don't show. Once she does escape she clobbers a bunch of mooks.

Episode 16 has people getting frozen (which qualifies as "in distress" here apparently) so I figured I might as well mention it. Here is a link to the ep in Italian dub because Anime Sols does not have the ep up yet:

Only DiD is a ballerina in the beginning though, everyone else is a GiD. You guys might also like episode 16, it's basically DiD parody almost Venture Brothers style.
