Endless Orbit SSX is a Captain Harlock TV series that's a direct sequel of the movie Arcadia of My Youth. I wouldn't have expected it, but the show has a pair of DID scenes:
Episode #9 around 10:30: a young lady is shackled to the floor (she's released around 15:40).
Episode #18 around 6:35: Emeraldas is in handcuffs, briefly.
As a reminder, in the movie Emeraldas and Harlock's sweetie-pie are both shackled to crucifixes - which I imagine has already been reported.
