Great finds on those hand-gags ghostz!
I especially like the one on Blotch, Spotty Man's cute sister. I didn't remember those, although I probably only saw like 5-6 episodes of this cartoon on VHS tape as a kid.
However, I actually bought the U.K.-only released dvd set for the complete original series of
SuperTed a few years back. It looks like this:

I'd never bothered to check all the other eps yet because I thought Suicide and others had already gone over the whole series, but maybe not? I don't have a region 2 dvd player so I can't easily watch them on my tv to check, but I can probably go over them on my comp. The only thing that sucks about that is with PC dvd drives you always have to switch the entire drive to another region mode to play discs from that region, and you can only do this a finite number of times (usually about 4) before it gets permanently locked on a region. Maybe I can even rip the dvd's without changing the region on the drive though. Not sure but I will look into it.
BTW, the original
SuperTed show consisted of 36 episodes across 3 seasons (or "series," as they are called in Britain):

As for the show itself, it might seem kinda lame now, but I loved it as a kid. I don't think the original series ever ran on tv here in the U.S., or at least I never saw it that way. I do remember renting several VHS tapes of it though and seeing it that way. I was lucky enough that one of them contained the "Nuts in Space" scene.
I never forgot about seeing that sexy astronaut lady bound and gagged and it made a huge impression on me. In my youth, that was one of the most formative scenes towards my love of DiD, for sure.
And about that "Nuts in Space" scene, well, I might have a little surprise for you all later tonight. Stay tuned...
