This is a Spanish cartoon from early 1990's. I remember when I was watching this when I was a kid. Also I remember that there was one DID scene where the female dolphin (this one who is wearing a cap on the picture) was hold inside a ship wreck in the bottom of the sea, chained to a wall and gagged with OTM or OTN white cloth gag. Also I remember that she was ungagged by her rescuer, but in a while he gagged her again
I don't remember which episode was it. I watched about 15 years ago and I don't remember. I tried to find this episode, but unfortuntly there are ony 20 of total 91 on youtube. And no. This isn't an episode which I weas telling you about, even they're chained to a wall.
Hopefully it will be found eventually. In the meantime, nice chain-up for her in the other scene though.
