For anyone who wants to know she gets re-tied up by her hands in the front and pulled with her friend they try to force them to play a game but she gets freed by one of her class mates so i dont think she will be tied up next EP

Kamui is in love with emi so when he saw her tied up asking for help he changed the image in his head to a classic damsel in distress situation so he could be her hero

Good news, the scene prolongs when it turns out that Emi's supposed rescuer is also a Reversed.

The two girls are retied and taken away but what happens to them will be shown in the next episode... since the rest of the episode focuses on children's card games.
