Gonna tell you right now, there's nothing in Frozen as good as the classic DiD scene in Tangled, though the movie itself is almost as good.
So here's a brief summary of what we DO get...
(Let it go, let it SPOILERS!)

About a half hour into the movie, Kristoff (the cute guy Anna asks to take her up the mountain) handgags Anna briefly when she won't shut up even when they are surrounded by wolves. She mmphs and gives him an angry glare before using her hands to lower his.
About an hour in, some trolls perform a song to try and get Anna and Kristoff to fall in love, during which the two briefly have their upper bodies wrapped up in vines (to represent the "bonds of love" I guess)? The trolls tug the vines and spin them around and they're free.
A bit later, Elsa is taken prisoner and has her hands encased in metal shackles and chained to the ground. She ends up freezing the shackles and chains and tearing them off a couple of scenes later.
No gags in the movie except for the handgag on Anna.

Still, from the description you gave it sounds like Disney's continuing a nice trend of DID scenes lately.Gonna tell you right now, there's nothing in Frozen as good as the classic DiD scene in Tangled, though the movie itself is almost as good.
