Tenchi Muyo

I almost forgot about these nice scenes. I don't follow or watch this series but it always got my attention with it's gag scenes which were always accompanied with gag talking.

Tenchi Muyo OVA, 13 "Picture book bonus"
Ryoko is bound, gagged and suspended in this hard-to-find picture book episode. The scene begins right at the start.

Tenchi Muyo 7: The Night before the Carneval
Ryoko ties and gags Ayeka. A lot of gag talking.

I always thought I remembered a scene where the gang was on a bus, and someone was gagged. I think there was singing?

It was a bus stewardess. The scene is quite short.
