Well I was right regarding this series, when I alerted it and mentioned that it had DIDs. I recently found only 6 eps from this show on youtube and it had 1 full treatment in it. Also as I mentioned before the indian girl has to have more scenes even a full treatment too, from what I can remember.

Finally I managed to find the entire series. It turned out that there some more minor scenes, left in the unchecked episodes.

My only regret is that she didn't get a full treatment, instead there were 3 GID gags, out of which 1 was her brother, which lasted almost an entire episode
