Wow two new damsels in distress moments in two weeks in a row.
Any way in this episode Po investigates an underground fighting club ran by Peng, Tai Long's nephew, and his girlfriend, Po was going to shut them down but instead he decide to help them make it into a club that teaches Kung-fu.
When Tong Fo goons kept getting beaten up by ordinary people he goes to the club and captures Peng and his girlfriend in ropes. Tong forces Peng to poison Po in their next fight while his girl friend remains tied up with ropes and held by a gorilla goon. She later gets herself free and Po and Peng turn the tables on Tong and have their club along with Shi-fu beat up Tong Fo and his goons.
