G.I. Joe Scarlett scene

[SnidelyOne]

I've seen clips of this episode before but never the full episode; anyone know where this scene came from?

There may or may not have been an update for G.I. Joe scenes, but if so I'm not aware of it. xD

I also remember there being a CGI based web series that had a scene with Scarlett in it too; forgot where it came from as well unfortunately.
