The real Miyuki was never in danger or even tied up (although she was kidnapped and held somewhere).

It's the most recent release, I don't know what it's called.

It's in volume 2 & 3.

Volume 2 contains her kidnapping (no bindings), followed by a cellphone photograph of her handcuffed hands, mailed to Kindaichi.

Volume 3 shows the imposter handcuffed to a pillar, pretending to be Miyuki.

There are some other scenes that have popped up recently. I don't have any pics, but I'll post and describe my findings.

1) Mekakucity Actors ep. 1 - In the middle of the episode, terrorists take over a mall and thumb-tie the hostages. Unfortunately, there is a lot of GIDs than DIDs.

2) Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara ep. 2 - a short scene in which the student council president gets tied and carted off for saying something stupid.

3) Brynhildr in the Darkness ep. 4 - a bad witch gets captured by the good guys; her hands are tied to a pole behind her. There are some nice close-ups of her hands. Be warned: something very bad happens after she manages to free herself.
