Anime Sightings Old and New - Fairy Tail

[wc2bmalin]

In episode #95 of Fairy Tail there's a somewhat lengthy scene of a girl (Lisanna, for those familiar with the series) with her wrists roped in front of her.

Yeah it's a pretty cute scene.

And by coincidence, I was checking the Anime-Fanservice website after a long interval and found an image of Lucy tied hand and foot with magical hair:

However, the scene doesn't look familiar to me, and the website doesn't provide a reference to the episode.

[Suicide]

It's from Fairy Tail OVA "The Exciting Ryuzetsu Land." Lucy is imagining being back in a similar predicament she was in during her match with Flare.
