Anime/cartoon/hentai unknown scenes

Because we have a section for upcoming and current DID scenes here is one for various scenes that we once found and couldn't ID them yet. I would like that those who will contribute to this topic will not just only post a pic and that's it, if possible leave any amount of info regarding the posted scene (if the show is old or recent, when did you find it, where did you find it).

I'll start.
I recently found this pic on google from a so far unknown hentai series. From the looks of it I can tell that it's an older series, and after some research it's not from the following hentai series Night Shift Nurses, Slave Nurses, Nurse Me, or Naughty Nurses.

I think the first row is from Saki, but I don't remember the episode number (it was one of the earlier episodes).
